## Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Blueglide LTD, trading as Divine Awakening ("Provider"), Company Number: 15917622, Registered Address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
By enrolling in the Divine Awakening Mentorship program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
## 1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
1.1 The Divine Awakening Mentorshipā„¢ is a 12-month Christian business mentorship program designed to transform Christian business leaders through spiritual alignment, business growth, and Kingdom prosperity.
1.2 The Program includes faith-based business principles, strategic guidance, and transformational mentoring delivered through various formats.
## 2. SERVICES PROVIDED
2.1 **Core Services:**
- Initial Diagnostic Assessment
- Personalized Action Plan Development
- 24 Live Group Mentorship Sessions (bi-weekly)
- Members Portal Access with Resource Library
- Private Community Access
- Implementation Support
2.2 **Schedule and Delivery:**
- Live sessions will be scheduled at regular intervals
- Access to digital resources will be provided upon payment
- Implementation support is available throughout the program duration
## 3. INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 **Payment Options:**

- Paid upfront, due at enrollment
- Includes all program materials and bonuses
- Best value option
- **Monthly Payments Option**
- First payment due at enrollment
- Subsequent payments processed automatically on the same day each month
- Total program fee divided into 12 equal monthly installments
3.2 **Late Payments:**
- Payments overdue by more than 7 days may result in temporary suspension of access to program resources
- Access will be restored once payment is received
- Consistently late payments may result in program termination at our discretion
## 4. TERM AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
4.1 **Program Duration:**
- 12 months from the date of enrollment
4.2 **30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:**
- After the 7-day cooling-off period, you may request a full refund within 30 days of enrollment if you meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Have attended all scheduled sessions during this period
- Have completed all assigned work and participated actively
- Can demonstrate you have implemented the program guidance
- Submit a written explanation of why the program did not meet your needs
- Have not downloaded or extensively accessed program materials
4.3 **Termination:**
- Divine Awakening may terminate your participation with immediate effect if:
- You breach any terms of this agreement
- You disrupt the program or other participants
- You fail to make payments as agreed
- You misuse or share proprietary materials
## 5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 **Program Participation:**
- Attend scheduled sessions regularly
- Complete assigned work and implementation tasks
- Participate actively and constructively
- Maintain professional and respectful behavior
- Honor payment commitments
5.2 **Technology Requirements:**
- Maintain a reliable internet connection for sessions
- Have the necessary equipment for video calls
- Use the specified platforms/tools as required
## 6. CONFIDENTIALITY
6.1 **Provider Obligations:**
- Maintain confidentiality of your information
- Secure storage of your data
- Use your information only for program purposes
6.2 **Client Obligations:**
- Keep program materials confidential
- Not share access credentials
- Not record or distribute session content
- Respect confidentiality of other participants
## 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 **Ownership:**
- All program materials remain the property of Divine Awakening
- You receive a limited license for personal use only
- No reproduction or distribution rights granted
7.2 **Usage Restrictions:**
- Materials for personal use only
- No commercial use or resale
- No modification or derivative works
- No sharing or distribution
## 8. TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS
By enrolling in the program, you grant permission for Divine Awakening to:
- Use your name and testimonial for promotional purposes
- Share your success story (with your prior approval)
- Feature your results in case studies
You may opt out of testimonial usage by notifying us in writing.
## 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- The Program is for educational and transformational purposes only
- Results depend on your participation and implementation
- Divine Awakening makes no guarantees regarding:
- Specific financial outcomes
- Business success
- Personal transformation
- Third-party actions or decisions
- Maximum liability is limited to program fees paid
## 10. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, or significant technology failure.
## 11. DATA PROTECTION
Divine Awakening processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By enrolling in the program, you consent to data processing for program delivery purposes.
## 12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
## 13. UPDATES TO TERMS
Divine Awakening reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the program after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
## 14. ENROLLMENT AND COOLING-OFF PERIOD
14.1 **Enrollment Process:**
- By submitting your enrollment application and payment for the Divine Awakening Mentorship program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
14.2 **7-Day Cooling-Off Period:**
- You have the right to cancel your enrollment within 7 days of the date of enrollment without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending a clear statement to [email protected].
- If you cancel within this cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay.
- After the 7-day cooling-off period has expired, the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee as outlined in section 4.2 will apply.
