In Business, Faith Is Not Enough

I want to challenge something today, and it might surprise you.

Faith alone is not enough.

Now before you think I've lost my mind, hear me out.

I see so many faith-led entrepreneurs out there who are just... waiting. They're waiting on God, waiting for something to happen, waiting for opportunities to fall in their lap.

And look, faith is absolutely essential. It's the foundation of everything. But if we're honest, faith without action is just wishful thinking.

So what do we need alongside our faith? Three crucial elements - and I call them the 3 Cs.

 

The first C is Clarity.

Even Jesus went to the desert right after He had His big vision - just to get clear on His calling and His path. And when He came out? He was crystal clear. He declared His mission and ministry with total confidence.

It's the same in business. We need to seek that clarity from the Holy Spirit on who we're called to serve, how we're going to reach them, and what transformation we're going to deliver.

We cannot multiply a fog, friend. We need clarity to understand exactly our role, our path, and our assignment.

The second C is Courage.

It's written in Joshua that God has given us a spirit of strength and courage. He's commanding us to be strong and courageous and to walk in it.

When we have faith and clarity, there's no point if we don't move ahead. We need that courage to take the next step - to start that business, launch that product, raise those prices if you feel called to.

Now, courage doesn't eliminate fear. But it means the Lord is with you and will show you the next step. But here's the thing - to show you the next step, first you need to take YOUR step.

It's a co-creation. He does His part, we do our part. So do your part. Take the next step. Make the decision. Take action in your business and let's see the results unfold.

The third C is Collaborations.

We cannot do any big vision alone. It's written in Ecclesiastes that two is better than one.

To achieve big things, to realize a big vision, to grow your business, to impact lives - you need collaborations. God will put people in your life to help you. Clients, partners, advisors.

Don't try to do everything on your own. Seek support, connect with community, and amplify your impact through the power of collaborations.

So there you have it - the 3 Cs:

1. Clarity - Be specific on who you're called to serve and how
2. Courage - Be obedient, take the next step, take action
3. Collaborations - Seek partnerships, support, and community

Faith is your foundation. But clarity, courage, and collaborations? They're what turn that faith into real impact.
